Everybody needs a good reliable sounding board, second opinion, and sometimes just emotional support. Mystery Shopping

It’s important to know what are your customer’s expectations of your products and services. What are their likes and dislikes of your business? Do you know why you may be losing customers? We have a team of Mystery Shoppers on stand by to assess and audit your customer experience. We have recently completed Mystery Shopping for the Marshes Shopping Centre, Scotch Hall Shopping Centre, Louth Business Awards, The Elite Butchers of Northern Ireland, Leinster Butchers Network and a host of businesses along the east coast.

Job Coaching

Over the last two years we have received a number of requests from customers to offer guidance and support in the area of Job Coaching to staff members. In these sessions, we offer support on a 1-2-1 basis to improve the “soft skills” that can make the staff member perform better in their role. We also offer adhoc sessions in the areas of public speaking, preparing for pitching new business ideas for funding and elevator pitches. We also offer guidance and support for customers who are looking for a career change or have been made redundant. Maybe you have been raising your family and are now ready to seek out full time employment again. We help devise a “Job Plan” through CV preparation, interview skills and assist in seeking out that all important new job. We also focus on your self belief and emotional development by helping you identify your strengths and personality traits and build on this as part of the interview process. We are happy to work with you on a 1-2-1 basis or in group training, so we have something to suit your needs.
