Customer Focus have provided customer service and sales solutions to the retail, service and hospitality industries since 2010. We deliver these solutions through a blend of training, coaching, customer auditing and job coaching. We tailor and design these solutions for businesses from large employers to SMEs and start up businesses. We have solutions for every business and aim to help you to increase sales, retain customers and maximise your business potential. The core of our work is customer experience and sales training, as well as providing presentation and public speaking programmes. We have built up an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from Diageo, Harcourt Properties, BTW Shiells, Funtasia theme parks,  shopping centres, a host of retailers, restaurants and start up businesses.

There are three different ways that we can develop your skills:

  • Public Courses – We offer our range of courses to the public in our training suite in the Finnabair Business Park in Dundalk.
  • In-House training – Off the shelf, tailored and bespoke training in customer service, sales and presentation skills on your own premises.
  • 1-to-1 Coaching – Fully personalised training in business skills and cost savings and efficiencies.
